Ashley Schmollinger

Ashley Schmollinger joined Novare Law Group in 2017 with experience in the legal, IT and marketing industry. She has worked in various areas of law, including contract, employment, personal injury and family law.
In her current role, Ashley assists with office management and operations, including drafting pleadings, efiling, assisting with document production, obtaining and analyzing data, as well as communicating with clients, experts, witnesses and related parties.
Ashley graduated from Seattle University in 2008, majoring in business economics, finance and international business. She brings over 8 years experience in handling employment litigation matters and has contributed to cases involving wage and hour, discrimination and settlement administration disputes. Prior to joining Novare Law Group, she worked as an IT Support Specialist at a law firm specializing in claims management of bank-owned properties. She has also worked as a Data Analyst and Public Policy Analyst to promote a better understanding of environmental issues through a quantitative lens.
